Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 0-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

• Off Thread Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.​

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us Via email within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.​

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production or fulfillment. Once processing has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
